So this is a day late, but...

Hope all of you had a totally awesome Independence Day! Mine was a bit more eventful than I thought it would be since many holidays have been kind of passing me by more than they did when I was younger. Dad came up to visit and we did some errands together, bought some fried chicken and chapstick, and I got weird looks from people. Which was either because I went out in public wearing the shorts I slept in, or because they had Union Jacks on them, and my sense of humor is that ridiculous. Not a lack of appreciation for my country (which I have), just trying to entertain my eccentricities, and I’ll probably end up pissing at least one person off by admitting it.

Had a hard pang of nostalgia the other day when a friend of mine brought up Mikami in a Skype conversation, and I thought of my recaps. I really need to get into the habit of writing something like that again, even though I keep saying that and my own inconsistency aggravates me…

Charlotte’s coming over otherwise I’d write more. Need to get out and away from the computer. Bye all! X.x
